I absolutely love happy endings。 I hate when families think that they know what is best for you。 The truth always comes out。 I loved this book and series。

Gordon & RileyThis books covers so many sub-genres that there is something for everyone! Second chance, enemies to lovers, grumpy/sunshine, and more, but I don’t want to give away any spoilers。 I laughed, I cried, and I swooned for this grumpy hero。 Thank you for a great story Melissa!

I don’t know what it is about Melissa’s writing but I devour every word。 Bossy devil is a second chance romance about Gordon and Riley。 After a rough break up when they were 18 they went their separate ways but never really moved on。 After an unfortunate turn of events Riley ends up having to work for Gordon’s hockey team。 And well once Gordon sees Riley he just can’t seem to get her off of his mind。 Even if he does hate her。 Or does he? This book is spicy, sweet and delicious。 Definitely recomm I don’t know what it is about Melissa’s writing but I devour every word。 Bossy devil is a second chance romance about Gordon and Riley。 After a rough break up when they were 18 they went their separate ways but never really moved on。 After an unfortunate turn of events Riley ends up having to work for Gordon’s hockey team。 And well once Gordon sees Riley he just can’t seem to get her off of his mind。 Even if he does hate her。 Or does he? Really enjoyed this hockey romance。 Solid standalone but I think you need to read the whole series to truly enjoy all the characters。 I love seeing characters from the other books in the series in this one。 Solid hockey romance。 Good spicy scenes。 Gordon surprised me with his more dom side but I loved it for him。 I would have loved to see a little more max and max/gordon scenes。 Overall 3。5-4 stars!

found family is one of my fav tropes! Found family, high school sweethearts broken up by an asshole dad。 11 years later they’re back in the same orbit and it is intense and magical and absolutely heart shattering! I cried so much while reading Riley and Gordon reconnect and go through all the hard things that were unintentionally put between them!

Late last year I binged the first four books in the Nashville Devils series。 They were so much fun, and I couldn't wait for the next book - even though it was Gordon's, and I wasn't that fond of his character。 He changed my mind pretty quickly in this book。 His father had a huge impact on his life in ways he couldn't even imagine。 I immediately loved Riley。 She was a strong, single mother。 She guarded her heart and her daughter with all she had。 I loved that Gordon's reuniting with Riley brought Late last year I binged the first four books in the Nashville Devils series。 They were so much fun, and I couldn't wait for the next book - even though it was Gordon's, and I wasn't that fond of his character。 He changed my mind pretty quickly in this book。 His father had a huge impact on his life in ways he couldn't even imagine。 I immediately loved Riley。 She was a strong, single mother。 She guarded her heart and her daughter with all she had。 I loved that Gordon's reuniting with Riley brought the things that mattered to him back into focus and corrected some wrongs between them。 I also loved that the flashbacks were kept to a minimum and this book focused on their reuniting and love in the present。 This book was a great addition to this steamy hockey romance series。 。。。more

I enjoyed this book。 The characters were entertaining and charismatic。 I love Gordon, he is a man I need in real life。 His grumpiness was beautifully written, and his mouth and body description were everything, especially down there。 The FMC was powerful and just a perfect companion for the MMC。 She was an amazing mother and did what she had to do to protect herself and those around her。 Now although I did enjoy the book, I simply don't like the idea of a secret child。 I don't care for it and I I enjoyed this book。 The characters were entertaining and charismatic。 I love Gordon, he is a man I need in real life。 His grumpiness was beautifully written, and his mouth and body description were everything, especially down there。 The FMC was powerful and just a perfect companion for the MMC。 She was an amazing mother and did what she had to do to protect herself and those around her。 Now although I did enjoy the book, I simply don't like the idea of a secret child。 I don't care for it and I can't get behind the trope。 I honestly understood the MFC's reasoning but I just couldn't get around that part of the book。 It feels like no matter what someone loses a part they can never get back。 In this case, it's the MMC who lost a part of his child's early life。 THIS IS AN ACR REVIEW!!!!!! 。。。more
